Jaxon seeks a new addition to the administrative team at our manufacturing facility. The factory is located near Vernon, just south of downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will multi-task well, from organizing and logging all purchase order receipts and deliveries for materials dropped off daily by suppliers, to meeting tight deadlines for invoicing, purchasing and accounts payable. Quickbooks experience required, fluent bilingual spanish/english is strongly preferred.
